Woollen trees

When a girl has umpteen presents to wrap, Christmas cards to write, a swap parcel to pack, Christmas decorations to put up, a website to complete and fabrics to sort out for this week's sales, what does she do? Well, she makes a trio of soft woollen trees of course. Beaded with tiny beads that catch the light and sparkle.

Have a go at some yourself, they are such fun to make. The pattern can be found here courtesy of the lovely Stephanie.

These are really subtle, the design, the colours, the beads, and the material looks really warm too, whatlovely trees Dons!

It is our friends birthday this weekend, so Toby will put a couple of peices on the blog next week using the material you gave him, just to prove it has been used, well some of it anyway, time is so short what with school and jewellery making too!

These are really cute. I saw the pattern from Stephanie before and meant to make some before Christmas. Just wondering if I've got time this weekend along with all the dozens of other jobs I have to do!
